Formar jovens cada vez mais tolerantes e com uma maior consciência intercultural e europeia, permitir a cooperação e a partilha de práticas pedagógicas, a nível europeu, entre sistemas de ensino e de formação, e possibilitar o aperfeiçoamento de conhecimentos, competências e qualificações técnicas, facilitando a empregabilidade e a participação no mercado de trabalho europeu são os grandes objetivos que têm motivado a FORAVE a manter uma presença regular na Europa através da participação em projetos ERASMUS +.

A concretização destes objetivos só é possível pelo forte sentido de cooperação existente entre pessoas, instituições de ensino e formação e demais entidades da sociedade civil, que transcende fronteiras e se desenvolve a nível europeu desde 2003.

Ao longo de 16 anos, projetos com temas tão diferentes quanto a cultura e tradições europeias, a participação ativa da sociedade no ensino profissional, o racismo e as minorias na educação, o consumismo na adolescência, o abandono dos idosos, a melhoria da qualidade do ensino, o bullying, a utilização das TIC nas escolas, as expectativas para o futuro, a diversidade e multiculturalidade na Europa e a integração no mundo do trabalho têm sido trabalhados em cooperação com escolas, universidades, centros de formação e outras instituições ligadas ao ensino de 25 países europeus, mas também com o forte apoio por parte de parceiros, associações, empresas e autarquia locais, que, pretendendo acompanhar este espírito europeu, têm colaborado na concretização de trabalhos, reuniões, atividades e demonstrado disponibilidade e interesse pelos temas dos projetos.

Os projetos desenvolvidos pela FORAVE, quer como escola coordenadora, quer como escola parceira, possibilitam assim a realização de programas de intercâmbio, estágios e formação profissional, envolvendo os seus alunos e staff em trabalho colaborativo a nível europeu, permitindo o desenvolvimento de competências, no domínio do multilinguismo e do desenvolvimento profissional, pessoal e social, fazendo da FORAVE uma escola de dimensão Europeia, comprometida na participação de uma cidadania global com a consciência responsável da importância da multiculturalidade e do respeito pela diversidade.

 

 

Projeto Mobilidade “Adquirir Competências para a Vida”

  • Critérios de seleção

      Um dos valores da Forave é a Tolerância e Solidariedade; assim, a oportunidade de realização de mobilidades no estrangeiro é dada por igual a todos os candidatos, independentemente da sua posição social, género ou nacionalidade.

      O processo de recrutamento e seleção foi realizado por uma equipa multidisciplinar, constituída pelo coordenador do projeto, um psicólogo, os diretores de curso, os diretores de turma e a diretora pedagógica. O recrutamento processou-se após as atividades de divulgação, as quais tiveram como foco os públicos-alvo, sendo utilizada uma linguagem escrita e visual não discriminatória.

      As atividades de recrutamento foram realizadas de forma a ser assegurado que a informação chegasse a todos os potenciais interessados, ao mesmo tempo e de forma transparente, garantindo-se o acesso à mesma informação. A abertura das candidaturas foi publicada e divulgada através de vários canais de comunicação (avisos nas turmas, através dos diretores de turma e do técnico de gestão do projeto).

      Foi realizada uma sessão de divulgação dirigida a cada grupo-alvo da mobilidade (FPI, pós-graduados, staff) onde, para além de testemunhos dos antigos participantes, que ajudam ao esclarecimento e à própria motivação para o projeto, foram enunciadas, as características do Programa Erasmus+ e os critérios para seleção dos candidatos.

      No processo de seleção dos FPI e recém-graduados, os candidatos tiveram que responder a um questionário, que visava explorar as reais intenções, motivações e expectativas dos candidatos para participarem na mobilidade.

      Posteriormente, os candidatos foram entrevistados pelo Coordenador do projeto e pelo Psicólogo. Para esta entrevista foi criado um guião de forma a uniformizar as perguntas e evitar discrepâncias entre as várias entrevistas. Os avaliadores incidiram as suas questões nas seguintes áreas:

        • A) Expectativas do candidato (valorizando expectativas realistas);
        • B) Responsabilidade demonstrada;
        • C) Facilidade de comunicar noutras línguas.

       

      O terceiro elemento foi a avaliação do percurso educativo dos alunos, onde se avaliaram, em relação aos últimos 3 anos de formação, a participação na vida da escola, o comportamento, a responsabilidade, a aplicação, o empenho e dedicação demonstrados, a assiduidade e pontualidade.

      Os critérios de seleção foram a soma dos resultados do questionário (30%), da entrevista (40%) e da grelha de observação (30%).

      Relativamente ao staff foram sugeridas, no programa de desenvolvimento europeu, as áreas prioritárias para a internacionalização da escola sendo selecionados para a realização das mobilidades os professores das referidas áreas de acordo com os seguintes critérios: pertinência da participação para o desenvolvimento de competências técnicas/profissionais/pessoais/linguísticas; motivação; resultados da avaliação de competências e das necessidades de formação; qualidade do currículo; destreza linguística na língua inglesa/país de destino.

      O processo de seleção resultou numa lista de candidatos selecionados e de suplentes, colocados por ordem decrescente de pontuação, afixado em local público.
