A aprendizagem autónoma promovida na empresa pedagógica H.O.M.E. determina o sucesso dos alunos de Gestão.

O módulo de Logística da disciplina de Gestão é dinamizado por atividades criadas pelos alunos do 3º ano do Curso de Gestão, que exploram as matérias selecionadas em equipas e proporcionam a toda a turma aulas dinâmicas e interativas, utilizando a metodologia do jogo e a abordagem de encontrar soluções para os desafios propostos.

A motivação para a aprendizagem começa com a entrega do desafio, a criação das equipas e a liberdade de colocarem hands on gerindo de forma autónoma os meios para atingirem os objetivos. Esta abordagem de team working e de aprendizagem através de projetos, é trabalhada desde o primeiro ano e os alunos aprendem a valorizar as competências base que sustentam o trabalho de equipa e que estão presentes nos valores TRICK da H.O.M.E - trust, respect, independence, collaboration and kindness.

O TEMA LOGÍSTICA contou com uma abordagem temática, entregue às equipas distintas que depois de explorarem o tema colocaram ao dispor dos alunos da turma, os conteúdos essenciais para a aprendizagem do tema, através de dinâmicas organizadas pelos grupos e que englobam, apresentação com recurso a powerpoint, vídeo, jogos e brainstorming.

A primeira equipa abordou o tema A EVOLUÇÃO DA LOGÍSTICA desde os anos 60, em que a logística era entendida como um sistema integrado de atividades operacionais, até à Supply Chain Management ou Gestão da Cadeia de Abastecimentos que, usando a Tecnologia da Informação, possibilita à empresa gerir a cadeia de abastecimentos com maior eficiência e eficácia.

O conceito CADEIA DE VALOR E CADEIA DE ABASTECIMENTO foi explorado por outra equipa, que destacou a nova cadeia de valor implicando o abandono de uma série de cadeias de valor interligadas, pertencentes a várias organizações, optando antes por um largo fluxo de procura direcionado do cliente/consumidor para o distribuidor e sequencialmente para todas as empresas a montante, até à origem das matérias-primas.

No tema IMPORTÂNCIA DA GESTÃO DE MATERIAIS foram trabalhadas duas ferramentas: o ciclo PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action) importante para planear um projeto com base num diagnóstico da situação, melhorias a implementar e a curva ABC ou método 80/20, que auxilia na identificação do grau de importância dos produtos para uma empresa, influenciando na tomada de decisões assertivas e definição de prioridades.

Os MODOS DE TRANSPORTE, estudados por outra equipa, apresentam vantagens e desvantagens, em decorrência de fatores como a segurança e rapidez no atendimento às solicitações do comprador, o custo do frete em relação ao valor da mercadoria, o tipo e a natureza da mercadoria e vários outros fatores que influenciam a escolha do melhor modal.

 O termo INCOTERM é uma abreviatura da expressão “international commerce term”, associado a condições standard relacionadas com a entrega, transporte e risco associado ao abastecimento internacional de bens, sendo trabalhados os significados das várias siglas de cada incoterm com toda a turma.

As OPERAÇÕES DE LOGÍSTICA como armazenagem, gestão de entradas e saídas e saídas e inventários foram também trabalhados por uma equipa dada a sua importância no controlo dos stocks e sua manutenção.

O MANUSEAMENTO DE MATERIAIS, não se limita apenas a movimentar, encaixotar e armazenar como também executar essas funções tendo em conta o tempo e espaço disponíveis. Além da movimentação de material ter em conta o tempo, o espaço, e a abordagem de sistemas, deve também ter em conta outro aspeto, o ser humano, ao qual a equipa em questão deu grande ênfase.

Para terminar as dinâmicas criadas pelos alunos, a última equipa explorou o tema Subcontratação de Operações Logísticas, abordando: a gestão de materiais, a armazenagem, o transporte, a distribuição e as entregas. Em relação à armazenagem salientaram as operações de mercadorias, a preparação de entregas, a organização dos materiais em locais próprios, as cargas de viaturas de transporte e as operações de carga de contentores.

A FORMAÇÃO SOBRE LOGÍSTICA TERMINOU NA EMPRESA PREH

O módulo de Logística terminou com a habitual visita à empresa Preh Portugal, onde os alunos tiveram a oportunidade de conhecer a logística interna da empresa, primeiro em sala de formação e posteriormente em observação no chão de fábrica.

Foram abordadas metodologias e ferramentas que permitiram reforçar a importância da filosofia Lean na criação de valor e na introdução de melhorias para aumentar a competitividade das empresas.

A abordagem das matérias de uma forma prática e participativa por parte dos alunos, complementada pela formação on the job é uma metodologia de aprendizagem utilizada na empresa pedagógica H.O.M.E., que prima por uma abordagem muito próxima ao mundo empresarial, capacitando os alunos de Gestão com competências muito valorizadas pelas empresas.
